The coordination of all optimised process steps results in an increase of the overall performance with regard to quality and quantity.
The foundry is equipped with a long term cupola and an MF induction crucible furnace with a total output of 22 tonnes/hr. The foundry therefore has a capacity of 50,000 tonnes customer casts a year. Separate, fully automatic mould material preparation units from manufacturers Webac and Eirich are installed for both die-casting units. This guarantees that the moulding process is supplied with high quality moulding sand.
The customer determines the finishing state for his product by the kind of processing, for instance mechanical processing, thermal treatment or surface coating.
Our ultra-modern core moulding equipment produces the necessary cores with volumes between 3 and 40 litres mainly by cold box and croning method.
The model workshop on our premises facilitates us to react to the requirements of our customers in a fast and flexible way. The long-standing experience and expert knowledge of our model makers stands us in good stead for the production of precise end products.
Our competence does not end at the unfinished casting.Thanks to our state-of-the-art processing centres we are in a position to supply our customers with parts ready to be installed. This also comprises thermal treatment and surface coating processes for cast products.
